Privacy

RAKA WEAR is a small, home-based clothing label in Lahore, Pakistan. This policy covers this website and orders placed through it, on WhatsApp or on Instagram.

• Reserving a size: your name, WhatsApp number and the size you chose, so we can message you about it.
• Joining the newsletter: your email address.
• No advertising trackers and no analytics are installed.

Only to confirm your order, deliver it, handle an exchange and reply to you. If you join the newsletter, we also email you about new pieces.

We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for advertising.

When you reserve a size or message us, you agree to us using your details for that order. The newsletter is only for people who sign up: nothing is ticked for you.

You can change your mind at any time by emailing or messaging us.

The courier gets your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order. Otherwise we share your details only if the law requires it.

Reservations and orders are kept in our order records.

The server behind rakawear.pk keeps standard logs, including IP addresses, for a short time. The forms read your IP address for a moment to stop spam, and don't store it.

The payment provider, WhatsApp and Instagram have their own privacy policies. A link that takes you off this site is not covered by this one.

The site is served over a secure connection (HTTPS).

Two, and neither tracks you. One remembers light or dark mode, for a year. One remembers the design you are viewing, for 30 days.

No advertising or analytics cookies.

For as long as we need it for your order, an exchange and our accounts. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or WhatsApp us.

Every newsletter has a link to unsubscribe.

If this policy changes, this page changes with it.
