Returns and exchanges

Each motif is stitched by hand, so no two are identical. That variation is the point, not a defect.

Size exchanges only, within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with its tags intact and in its original packaging. Embroidered pieces are made in limited runs, so exchanges are subject to availability.

Delivery for an exchange, both ways, is paid by you.

No refunds. We exchange a piece for another size, if that size is available.

Pieces showing wear or damage are not eligible.
